What we collect and why

If you email PRACENO, we use the details you provide to answer your question and handle the conversation. Email providers process these messages to deliver the correspondence. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

When you request the free exercise, we receive your email address, the resource version, the page you used and the request time. We use this information to provide your download and send its link by email. No account is required.

Requesting the PDF does not subscribe you to marketing. The optional course-updates checkbox is unchecked by default. This version records interest only; it does not confirm that you own the email address or send a marketing campaign.

Services that process requests

Cloudflare hosts the site and checks requests with Turnstile. Supabase privately stores resource requests. Resend receives the destination email address and the fixed resource email so it can send the link. These services may process information outside your country.

Cloudflare receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The application uses a keyed digest of the network address to limit repeated requests; it does not store the original network address in the request table or application logs.

Retention and your choices

Request and rate-limit records older than 30 days are removed when the next valid resource request is processed. Optional, unverified course-update interest is stored separately and expires 12 months after the last explicit selection. Expired records can remain longer if the service receives no new requests. Provider delivery and security logs may follow their own retention policies.

For access, correction or deletion of a resource request, contact [email protected]. We may need to confirm control of the email address before disclosing or changing its information. No course-update emails are sent by this resource-delivery feature.

Course orders and email delivery

When paid sales open, Stripe will process checkout and card details. PRACENO LLC will use the order email, order number, purchased products, payment amount and status, and billing details where collected, to confirm orders, deliver course files or download links by email, provide support and process refunds. We do not collect full card numbers or card security codes through this website.

Our email and file-delivery service providers process the information needed to send the course and provide its download. Order, delivery and refund correspondence is retained while needed for fulfilment, support, disputes and applicable legal or accounting obligations. The free-resource retention periods above apply only to resource-request records, not paid-order records. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Current payments and tracking status

Purchases are not enabled. Analytics, advertising pixels and marketing cookies are not enabled by this build. Security verification and hosting providers can process technical information needed to operate their services. We will update this notice if the website's collection changes.
