PRACENO LLC is the seller and provides this policy for course orders when sales open. Online checkout is not yet open, and PRACENO is not currently accepting course payments through this website.
14 days to request a full refund
If the course is not right for you, your first purchase of an individual course or our two-course bundle is eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. If delivery is delayed, the 14-day period begins when full course access is provided.
No viewing-percentage requirement or proof of learning results applies. A full bundle refund covers both courses in the bundle.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order email and order number. Please do not send your password, verification code or payment-card details.
Response and refund timing
We aim to reply within two business days and initiate approved refunds within a further two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Course access after a refund
Any hosted access or download links we provide will be withdrawn after a refund. Please stop using and delete downloaded course materials after receiving a refund. For a full bundle refund, access to both included courses will be withdrawn.
Duplicate charges and delivery problems
Please contact us about duplicate charges, non-delivery or a material mismatch with the course description even if the 14-day period has ended. These issues are handled separately from the voluntary refund window.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
